It’s always a pleasure to visit Stourbridge Sorting Office and catch up with Lee and the team. Despite the challenges with changes to the USO (Universal Service Obligation) Stourbridge consistently punch above their weight and exceed targets for delivery and quality.

Stourbridge is one of 1200 offices across the country phasing in the new delivery model, with Brierley Hill and Dudley set to implement later in the year.

Some people have contacted me about delays receiving important hospital letters and Lee and I identified a possible issue with the procurement of prepaid stationary being used by the local NHS, which I will take up with the Chair of the NHS Integrated Care Board next week.

I will be visiting the sorting offices serving the rest of the constituency soon. Huge thank you to the Stourbridge team who work incredibly hard for us every single day
